At present, we only offers refunds for verifiably lost, damaged, or mislabeled products. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
If you notice an issue with your order please contact me at your earliest convenience and provide photos if possible so that I can better address the problem.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the manufacturing facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the manufacturing facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).
Buyers Remorse - We cannot accept returns for products due to buyers remorse, incorrect sizing or alternative colour choices at this time. Please ensure that you have consulted the size guide (attached in the description of each product) and product details prior to purchase.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

Shipping costs are issued as a flat rate based on the destination country.
Rather than pulling from an inventory, shirts are printed specifically for you as they are ordered. This itself can take between 2-5 days, therefore delivery may take a bit longer than other shops! We follow this model in order to avoid over-purchasing, which reduces waste.
The expected shipping times for Canada, the United States, Europe, and Australia are around 4-7 days, with maximum expected delivery time being 14 days.
All other regions can expect more varied delivery times, around 4-10 days, and an expected maximum of 19 days.

Can I get these designs anywhere else?
This is a small business (1 person!), I create all of the designs myself, and this is the only place to buy from me. If you see any of my designs being sold elsewhere, avoid and please let me know!
